Service assurance

Service assurance & damage responsibility policy

We hold ourselves to the highest standards in vehicle care. We also understand that accidents can happen, so here is our clear policy for handling service-related damage: built on accountability, fairness and customer trust.

1 · Prevention

How we avoid damage in the first place

Trained professionals

All staff undergo rigorous training in proper cleaning techniques to prevent scratches or damage.

High-quality materials

We only use soft microfibre cloths, pH-balanced cleaners and safe tools to protect your vehicle’s surfaces.

Strict supervision

Regular quality checks make sure our team follows approved procedures on every visit.

100% police-verified staff

Every staff member is police-verified. Their address proof is shared with your society’s association for safety and security.

Before and after photos

Staff photograph your vehicle before and after each service. A job cannot be marked complete in our system without them, so there is always a record.

2 · If something goes wrong

What if a staff member causes damage?

Immediate reporting.

If any visible damage (such as a scratch or dent) occurs during service, it must be reported immediately by both the staff member and the vehicle owner. Staff report it from their app on the spot; you can raise a support ticket with photos from yours.

On-site inspection.

A senior supervisor assesses the issue on the spot to determine responsibility, using the job’s before and after photos as the record.

Resolution.

If the damage is found to be caused by our staff’s negligence, we will cover the repair cost or arrange professional fixing at one of our authorised service centres, and give you a written acknowledgment of the issue and the resolution plan.

Report it quickly

The sooner damage is reported, the easier it is to inspect and resolve fairly. Time limit to report damage after a service: Pending: client to confirm

Response to support tickets: first response within 24 business hours.

3 · Exclusions

Cases where we are not responsible

Pre-existing scratches or dents

Any damage that existed before the service and was not reported beforehand.

Improper vehicle condition

Weak paint, rusting or old bodywork that may naturally chip during cleaning.

External factors

Events such as debris, falling objects or third-party interference.

Tip for new subscribers

Already have scratches or dents? Raise a support ticket with photos before your first wash, so existing marks are on record from day one.
